Flu and COVID-19 Notice from the HCC

Please get vaccinated! Flu and COVID-19 cases are on the rise in Oregon!

The HCC has both the flu and COVID-19 vaccines in stock. There’s still time to benefit from the flu vaccine. Flu season continues through spring.

The flu (influenza) vaccine is $26.00.

The COVID-19 vaccine is $137.00.

Note: The HCC does not bill insurance! Charges are applied to your Reed Student Account for which you will be responsible to pay. You can then submit the statement of charges, which is easy to access from the Student Health Portal, to your insurance company for reimbursement.

It is best to check with your insurance carrier ahead of time to be sure the vaccines are covered if given at the HCC. PacificSource covers 100% of both vaccines! The charge will still be applied to your Reed Student Account, but after you submit the statement to PacificSource and the claim is processed, a check will be sent to the HCC and forwarded to the Business Office to be applied to your account.
